Family Health Choice is a privately owned Florida health organization founded in 2023 by leaders with more than 35 years of experience in healthcare management and patient-centered service.
Our vision for Family Health Choice was simple: to create a plan that eliminates the barriers that prevent people from accessing care — whether those barriers are financial, bureaucratic, or based on immigration status.
Today, Family Health Choice stands as a trusted Prepaid Health Clinic (PHC) and Discount Plan Organization (DPO) serving individuals, couples, and families across South Florida. Our commitment is to make healthcare simpler, more transparent, and more human.
